Return and Refund Policy:
Items cannot be returned and/or exchanged as all sales are final. However, on the rare occurrence, sometimes accidents happen. Pieces are shipped securely in their boxes with various means of protection; however, once the packages are dropped off at the post office, their care is out of our control. If you experience a broken piece, please send a photo of the damages within 24 hours to recieve a refund.
Shipping Policy:
Once the items are posted to the site, they're ready to go to their new home! Premade pieces will be dropped off at UPS or USPS within 3 business days of the purchase unless there is a holiday. Custom items may take 1-6 weeks to complete and ship out. All purchases will come with tracking information!
Legal Policy:
Persons under the age of 21 are not permitted to purchase items in the "Water Pipes and Rig" category. One must be of legal age in their region to purchase.
